Hood House Projects has been formed after repeated requests
for assistance in property related matters and has been created
by the same team involved with Hood House Ltd, the successful
New Homes Development Company.
Robert Spencer, Steve Webb & Christopher Adams are the
Directors who have between them some 100 years diverse experience
in construction. They are well known within the local area
and have long established connections with architects, surveyors,
planners and other professional practices.
Day to day on site building works is supervised by Steve
Webb who is a multi skilled Tradesman & Site Manager with
25 years industry experience. Robert Spencer oversees all
aspects of the construction process. He is a Member of the
Chartered Institute of Building & Institute of Building
Engineers.

We have an established and experienced workforce of skilled
trades' people working with us and are able to undertake any
type of work needed by private clients. We offer a complete
service to customers, from the early design stage through
to a completed project.
All manner of alterations or modernisation can be undertaken
as well as more major works such as extensions, one off residential
new homes and commercial buildings. Typical smaller work involves
kitchen redesign, new flooring, conservatories/garden rooms,
loft conversions, block paving, driveways, new bathrooms,
tiling, patios, decking, landscaping, electrical works and
heating installations. We work closely with the customer from
an early stage of the project and pride ourselves on our reliability,
honest communication, approachability and high standards.
